  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If approved, refunds will be processed within 3 days,

  • Customer pay Directly to the Bank
  • Customer to world line Payment

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer replacements only for defective or damaged products. If you need an exchange, contact us with a photo of the issue.
